Returns
We offer exchange on stocked items within 7 days of purchase, original proof of purchase required. The refund amount will be less the shipping charge.
Items must be in original condition with no damage to the item or its packaging.
Please use registered post or a trackable courier as H&H cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
Huntress & Hound do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on custom or non-stocked items. This includes furniture. In the instance where a refund or exchange can be organised, a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
Refunds or exchange will only be offered on these items if they are faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please notify Huntress & Hound within 7 days of receiving the item.
